Serai is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Data we collect

Serai processes the following data:

• Face tracking data: Processed entirely on your device using Apple's ARKit framework. No facial data is transmitted to our servers, stored externally, or shared with third parties. All face tracking computations happen locally in real time and are discarded after each session.
• Progress photos: Stored locally on your device. Photos are never uploaded to any server unless you explicitly choose to share them.
• App usage data: We collect anonymised usage analytics (screens viewed, features used, session duration) to improve the app experience. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Subscription data: Managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.

Data storage

All personal data (exercises completed, streaks, progress photos, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not operate a user database or cloud storage system for personal data.

Third-party services

Serai uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat processes anonymised transaction data. See their privacy policy.
• Apple ARKit: For face tracking. All processing is on-device. See Apple's privacy policy.

Your rights

Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete all app data by uninstalling Serai. Under GDPR (if applicable), you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data. Contact us at privacy@seraiapp.com for any privacy-related requests.

Children

Serai is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
