Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing, or using Serai ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of service

Serai is a facial fitness application that provides guided facial exercises, AI-assisted rep tracking, and progress monitoring. The App is intended for general wellness purposes and is not a medical device or medical advice.

Subscriptions and billing

Serai offers subscription plans managed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• All plans include a 7-day free trial period.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase (after the trial period ends).
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

Health disclaimer

Serai is a wellness application, not a medical product. The exercises provided are based on publicly available research and practitioner recommendations but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you have a medical condition affecting your face, jaw, or neck.

Intellectual property

All content within Serai, including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, software, and design, is the property of Serai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its systems.
• Share, transfer, or sublicense your subscription to another person.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
